Welcome to Tennessee Valley Treasure Hunts.

These hunts are designed to be fun, community-driven adventures that encourage exploration, puzzle-solving, teamwork, and getting outdoors. To help keep hunts enjoyable, fair, and safe for everyone involved, all participants are expected to follow the rules and guidelines below.

Participation in any hunt means you agree to these rules.

  • unsafe behavior

  • weather-related incidents

Always use common sense and prioritize safety over finding a prize.

If a location or situation appears unsafe, do not continue searching.

Participants must NEVER:

Participants should:

  • dress appropriately

  • stay hydrated

  • digging holes

  • damaging structures

  • destroying property

  • removing fixtures

  • vandalizing public areas

If you feel the need to force, break, pry, or damage something to search for treasure, you are searching incorrectly.

6. FIRST PERSON TO CLAIM THE TREASURE WINS

Unless otherwise stated:

  • the first person to physically locate and claim the hidden prize is the official winner

  • winners may be asked to provide a photo or confirmation for verification purposes

  • once a prize is claimed, the hunt is officially over

In the event of unusual disputes, Tennessee Valley Treasure Hunts reserves the right to make final decisions regarding winners and hunt outcomes.
